Indian Visa Process (for Bangladeshi Passport Holders)

1. Determine the Visa Type
Choose the appropriate visa based on your travel purpose:

2. Complete the Online Application

• Fill out the Visa Application Form online.
• Print the completed form and signature it.

3. Gather Required Documents
Basic documents for a all visa include:

• Printed visa application form
• Valid Bangladeshi passport (with at least 6 months validity)
• recent passport-size photographs (2×2 inch, white background)
• Copy of NID or birth certificate
• Proof of residence in Present address paid utility copy
• Bank statement last 06 months / Bank Endoursement from State Bank of India / Credit Card copy (to prove sufficient funds)
• Invitation letter (for business or medical)
• Treatment all documents (for medical)
• NOC (for profession private service)
• Trade License (for business person)
• Tin/Vat/Tax/Sponsor documents/Invitation Letter (business or conference Entry visa applicant)
• Work Permit copy/Facing Embassy appointment letter (for Double entry visa applicant)

Medical Visa Checklist :

📌 8. Attendant Visa (Optional)
If someone is accompanying the patient:

✅ Relationship proof (e.g., family card, marriage certificate)

✅ Same supporting documents as the patient

4. Book an Appointment
Schedule an appointment with the Indian Visa Application Center (IVAC)

5. Visit IVAC

6. Track Your Application
You can track your visa application status on the IVAC website.

7. Collect Your Visa
Once approved, you’ll receive a visa sticker on your passport.
